LvR Mentoring is a 3-month mentoring program for DJs and producers, offering tailored career guidance from industry experts to help artists build successful and sustainable careers.
It was founded by Leticia van Riel, a manager with 18 years of experience in the electronic music industry and the only manager keen to share her knowledge and teach the next generation of artists how to build a sustainable career.
Leticia has passed away but her legacy and valuable contribution to the industry live on through LvR Mentoring.

Leticia managed ANNA, Sama' Abdulhadi and Victor Ruiz. Earlier in her career, she worked with Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, Bart Skils, UMEK, and Wehbba, among others. She also worked behind the scenes with Graphite Music on Miss Monique.
She held deep relationships with labels including Drumcode, Factory 93, Volta, Afterlife, Armada, Kompakt, and Terminal M, and was connected to major stages including Awakenings, Boiler Room, Coachella, Fabric London, Movement Detroit, DC10, and Hï Ibiza.
Leticia van Riel created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists and delivered 10 editions, impacting 300 mentees from 30 countries who reached stages such as Tomorrowland, Ultra and Brunch Electronik.
