LvR Mentoring was a 3-month mentoring program for DJs and producers, offering tailored career guidance from industry experts to help artists build successful and sustainable careers.
It was founded by Leticia van Riel, an artist manager with 18 years of experience in the electronic music industry and one of the first managers to openly share her knowledge and teach the next generation of artists how to build sustainable careers.
Leticia passed away, but her impact on the industry lives on. As a company, LvR is committed to honouring her legacy by sharing the knowledge she dedicated herself to passing on, championing the mental health cause she cared so deeply about.

1984 - 2026
The FounderManager, mentor, and entrepreneur with 18 years of experience building careers from the inside of this industry.
Leticia started her career as an assistant at a booking agency in London, moving into logistics for touring artists before becoming a booking agent and, eventually, a manager.
Across 18 years in the industry, Leticia van Riel worked with artists including ANNA, Sama' Abdulhadi, Victor Ruiz, Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, UMEK, and Wehbba, among others. She also collaborated with labels such as Drumcode, Afterlife, Armada, Kompakt, and Terminal M, and worked across major platforms and venues including Awakenings, Boiler Room, Coachella, Fabric London, Movement Detroit, DC10, and Hï Ibiza.
Leticia van Riel created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists and delivered 10 editions, impacting 300 mentees from 30 countries who reached stages such as Tomorrowland, Ultra and Brunch Electronik.
